For Sale – SMIK Hipster Twin 8’3” x 31” – 123L
A fantastic opportunity to get one of the most versatile boards in the SMIK range.
This board was purchased new in 2025 and used by one of our WindRiderShop team riders during the season. As part of our annual equipment rotation, it is now available for sale.
The SMIK Hipster Twin is designed for riders who want stability, glide and performance in one board. With 123L of volume, it offers great balance and confidence on the water while still keeping a very playful and responsive feel.
Being added alongside the swallow tail version of the Hipster Twin is the twin pin version.
It's a small subtle difference that actually makes quite a large difference in feel. But couldn't replace the swallow tail for the for the fact that nothing would match the swallow tail's combination of speed and acceleration.
What it does provide however is:
- Ability to drive more vertically up the face.
- Smoother rail to rail transition
- Ability to pivot turn more vertically off the top. Rolling on the curves off the pin int he tail.
- Sits in the hollower part of wave a little better, a la when it's barrelling.
- Fabric in-lay rails. Varying graphics that make it impossible to chip the rails with the paddle, eliminating the need for rail tape
Perfect for riders progressing in SUP and also a very comfortable board for SUP sessions in smaller waves.
